Pursuant to Article 13 and Article 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on personal data, we inform you that the processing of personal data provided when filling out the “Request for Information” forms will be carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, as well as EU Directives numbers 58/2002 and 136/2009.
The Municipality of Sedico ensures the protection of the privacy of its users and the use of appropriate technologies to ensure the security of the navigators of its website. The processing of personal data related to the web services of this site takes place at appropriate facilities of the Company itself. The identification data of users are taken care of only by the staff of the Administrative Service of the Corporation.

Place of processing
The processing operations related to personal data collected by filling out the forms “Request for Information” and browsing, take place mainly at the Data Controller and stored for a predetermined time within the servers of the service provider. Personal data collected will not be disclosed and/or communicated to third parties and will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.

Types of data
This information concerns personal data sent by the user visitor (technically: the data subject) when filling in the “forms” present in the contact section of the website. In addition, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Users’ personal information revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life are neither collected nor disclosed.
Method of processing
We also inform you that, as provided for in Art. 5 of GDPR 679/2016, personal data relating to you will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently; collected for specified explicit and legitimate purposes and thereafter processed in a manner consistent with those purposes; adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; accurate and, if necessary, updated; kept in a form that permits the identification of data subjects; processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection, by appropriate technical and organizational measures, from unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Purpose of processing.
The contact form on this website has the sole purpose of allowing visitors to the site to contact, should they so desire, the Company that owns the processing, by sending them through the aforementioned form an e-mail and information for the stay. In fact, the purpose of the collection and processing of personal data is exclusively to be able to eventually re-contact the user through the references sent through the “Request for Information” forms, in order to fulfill any requests contained in the message sent by the user.
Legal Basis
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is Art. 6 par. 1 comm. b of the Regulations as the processing is necessary for the provision of the Services or for the response to requests from the data subject.
Duration of data retention
Personal data will be kept, at the external data controllers in digital format, for a for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and in any case not exceeding 36 months from their collection. The data controller will retain it for a period determined by its Privacy management model, for the period that allows it to fulfill the purpose of the processing.
Rights of the data subject
Data subjects are recognized the rights set forth in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 21 of the aforementioned EU Regulation and in particular the right to access their personal data, to ask for their rectification, updating, cancellation, limitation to processing (with particular reference to the newsletter subscription that contains in the foot the unsubscribe), if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as the right to portability and to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons, addressing requests to the data controller.
Data subjects are also granted the right to lodge complaints with the Supervisory Authority.
